By accessing or using insttap's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access or use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services, including our website, digital business cards, and related products.

2. Description of Services

insttap provides digital business card products and services that enable users to share contact information and professional details electronically through NFC technology and QR codes. Our services include:

  • Physical NFC-enabled digital business cards
  • Digital profile creation and management
  • Contact sharing capabilities
  • Analytics and insights (where applicable)
  • Customer support services

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order through our website:

  • All prices are displayed in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Payment is required at the time of purchase
  • We accept payments through Paystack, including mobile money and card payments
  • Orders are subject to availability and confirmation
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on location:

  • Domestic (Ghana): 3-5 business days
  • International: 7-14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. SyncNow is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:

  • Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if defective or damaged
  • Items must be in original condition and packaging
  • Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after receiving the returned item
  • Shipping costs for returns due to defects are covered by insttap

7. User Content and Conduct

When using our services, you are responsible for the content you add to your digital profile. You agree not to:

  • Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Include content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive
  • Violate any intellectual property rights
  • Use the service for spam, phishing, or other malicious purposes
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our services

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and suspend or terminate accounts accordingly.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design, are owned by insttap or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any of our content without prior written permission from insttap.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from using the services will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in the services will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, insttap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless insttap, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
